How to pray for Guan Yin's Mantra
• Just Relax and sit down get into a comfortable seated postition with your back straight, don't bend.
• Close your eyes and then deep breathe slowly for a few minutes.
• Start to pray the mantra slowly - "Om-mani-padme-hum" with meditation.
